My So Called Blog~

I've always wanted to have a blog but i've often thought i'd never have anything to say, was too lazy to say it if I did, or wondered what was the point of the whole thing anyway. Wait...I sound like a pessimist. Hold that thought I'm still sipping on my half empty cup of coffee.

While reading a few acquaintences blogs I thought, "What the Hell."

Posting will be prabably be irregular at best and most likely it'll probably just be posts of random thoughts, pictures from gaming sessions (without me in them cos i'm always the one taking them), or stuff i'm obsessed with at the moment. ** I tend to jump full force into something and then tire with it quickly. Hence my hundereds of dollars worth of Warhammer 40K Space Marines, fully painted, that i've played with only a handful of times.** Time for a visit to Ebay my old, plastic friends. :(

A Little About Me:

I've currently reintroduced myself to the World of Warcrack after selling my account of two lvl 70 toons to a friend 4 months ago. Now I have to start from scratch and have limited my playing time to 2 days a week ( an arrangemnt both my wife and I have devised):P. I'm on the Detheroc PVP server with a lowbie BE priest & on the Farstrider RP server with a lowbie gnome lock. I was playing Guild Wars, which is beautiful but boring, and EQII but I didn't like it either. So, the lure of Blizzard and its demonic grasp was far too much for my will save.

I'm also playing in a twice-a-month D&D v3.5 campaign called "The Age of Worms" which started our party of five at lvl 1 and supposedly will get us to lvl 20 by game's end. This is the first time I've played D&D since I was 14 and playing AD&D. The rules are a bit different in D20 and more difficult to absorb but it's been fun so far playing my Human Ranger, Crufalcon Silentread. If it weren't for my crappy dice rolls he'd be fairly lethal with his Masterwork Composite Bow. The DM is a great guy and a really great storyteller.

I own a tricked out PC, an Xbox, Xbox 360, PS2, PS One, Gamecube, Wii, DS, Sega Genesis, Sega Dreamcast, NES, and a PSP but rarely get a chance to play any regularity.

Video games I am currently obsessing on:

WoW
Halo (will not play 2 or 3 until I finish this---ground rules have to be made!)
Gears of War
Dark Alliance

I have also been playing D&D minis with some regularity and just won second place in a booster tournament taking home a Gargantuan Black Dragon which sits proudly in my gameroom.

Trying to build a diorama and game pieces for a home brewed game called "Frag-O-Rama" that a friend-of-a-friend designed. If you like FPS games and table-top mini games this is the game for you.

Well..that's all for now. I'll post more random thoughts at another date. C-Ya!
